Based in Rosarito (Baja California, Mexico), Julio has made himself a living by creating incredible 3D art and sculptures, predominantly from scrap metal and trash material. His art is truly unique, and is rapidly gaining popularity amongst locals as well as international collectors. The Hollywood Sculpture Garden is proud to present the first international display of his work.
